Return and Refund Policy

At QARI Essentials, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return, refund, and exchange policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

• Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged or defective)

• Personalized or customized products

• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page such as socks

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for size issues, damaged products, or wrong items received.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested product is not available, a refund will be offered.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Contact us at Support@qariessentials.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
